Transparent & negotiated

Commission.

Transparent 9% flat commission on all brand deals facilitated through the ITW marketplace. You keep 91% of every sale we close.

Minimum guarantee.

Available for exclusive properties. We commit to a minimum revenue floor if you grant us exclusive selling rights — discuss custom terms with your partner manager.

Revenue share.

For premium rights (title sponsorships, broadcast, merchandising), revenue splits are negotiated individually based on scarcity and value.

Payouts.

Monthly payouts via NEFT/RTGS. Settlement closes month-end; funds clear within 5 business days. Detailed settlement report each cycle. Listings typically go live within 6 weeks of signing; first buyer pitch within 48h of going live.

You list.

You list your property or respond to an ITW outreach. We guide you through inventory details — what's available, exclusivity windows, licensing terms.

Step 2

We audit.

Our team audits your assets, audience data, and exclusivity windows. We spend time understanding what makes your property valuable to brands.

Step 3

We rate.

We build a rate card together and list your inventory on the marketplace. Pricing is tiered to reach 80% of buyers within the first 10 minutes of browsing.

Step 4

Brands discover.

Brands discover and book your assets through the marketplace. We handle sales conversations, generate proposals, and negotiate contracts — you stay in the loop.

Step 5

You fulfil.

You fulfil the deliverables. We manage all client comms, handle approvals, and report delivery back to brands. Monthly settlement reports show what cleared.
